Job Description
Job Summary:
As Billing Analyst you will assist the team with customer billing payments and contract management activities and affiliate products.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of client accounts including the creation and maintenance of customer billing records
- Address customer billing inquiries and help resolve issues
- Review contract terms to ensure accuracy in billing and Salesforce CPQ data
- Assist with various billing-related reporting including ad hoc requests
- Assist with month end responsibilities as needed
- Special projects as assigned
- College graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient understanding of basic accounting theory (e.g. Accounts Receivable & Revenue)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented and accurate
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site (M-F) and graveyard shift
- Up to P46000 depending on experience
