The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Supply Chain and Operations team you oversee a support ticketing queue with multiple open items lead client status meetings and manage the whole project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships developing a deeper understanding of the business context and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items
- Leading client status meetings to maintain clear communication
- Managing the entire project lifecycle for timely delivery

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary

- SAP Certification on QM/PLM Module preferred
- Skilled in overseeing a support ticketing queue
- Leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics
- Handling client relationships and confirming communication
- Offering functional and/or technical subject matter knowledge

Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
