Senior Associate - Funds

Description:
We are hiring for our client a growing law firm that is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Associate - Funds to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with 4 years of PQE who wants to take the next step in their career by joining a forward-thinking firm committed to personal and professional growth.

In this role you will provide technically excellent legal advice on a range of funds-related matters while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries. As a senior fee earner you will play a key part in the firms growth overseeing matters with minimal Partner input and acting as a mentor to more junior colleagues.

The Role:

Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of funds-related issues ensuring clients receive top-tier guidance.
Manage files independently with minimal Partner input showcasing your expertise and reliability.
Be recognised as a key point of contact for clients in your area of expertise.
Mentor and coach paralegals trainees and new joiners helping them to grow and develop professionally.
Participate in business development and marketing activities presenting at internal and external seminars.
Actively contribute to the development of know-how practice notes and publications.

The Person:

4 years PQE specialising in funds law and experience in the establishment and servicing of Irish domiciled investment funds.
Strong technical skills with excellent drafting and written communication capabilities.
A proactive client-focused approach to work with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members and driving team success.
A positive adaptable mindset that thrives in a collaborative environment.
