Als LEGO Brand Retail Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) bist Du Teil des Leadership Teams und arbeitest eng mit dem Store Manager Abwesenheit des Store Managers übernimmst Du die Leitung des Brand Retail Store.

• Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf
• fachliche Führungdes Store Teams
• Personalrekrutierung und Personaleinsatzplanung
• Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung
• Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
• Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
• Pflege und Überwachung der Warenwirtschaft
• Austausch mit Fachabteilungen
• administrative Tätigkeiten des Tagesgeschäfts
• Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Events
• Teilnahme an Meetings

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verkaufssystemen sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
• strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• gute bis sehr guteEnglisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
