Campus Tour Guide
Position Overview:Campus Tour Guides are an integral part of the campus visit experience in the Office of Admissions for prospective students and families interested in attending CSP. Tour guides are responsible for positively representing CSP to our visitors mainly prospective students and their families. Tour guides are expected to be knowledgeable about CSP share their student experience and represent the university with admiration and enthusiasm while providing the highest level of customer service. Tour guides are representatives of Concordia University both on and off-campus as they contribute to an environment that upholds the mission and promise of the university.

Essential Duties: - Lead tours for groups of visitors.
- Enthusiastically share your personal experiences and knowledge about CSP its history and its offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service answering questions and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Create an engaging and informative atmosphere while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during the tour times.
Experience Required: - Must be reliable punctual and proactive in your role.
- Enthusiastic friendly and confident communicator.
- Ability to speak clearly and engage an audience of diverse individuals.
- A passion for sharing stories and experiences with others.
To be eligible to be a CSP student employee one must: - Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).
- Have a United States social security number.*
- Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9.
- Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.
- For summer employment priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.
