Salary Band - $115164 -$122660p.a pro rata Kiwisaver

Join our maternity team at Health New Zealand I Te Whatu Ora Southern at a key time of change where you will meaningfully contribute to our kaupapa of providing a safe and positive childbearing experience to all expectant pregnant people in our region.

As the Postnatal Clinical Midwife Coordinator you will work with the Clinical Midwife Manager (CMM) to:

About you

Alongside your clinical expertise our ideal candidatewill also be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and have a high level of interpersonal skills. You willhave proven clinical credibility in all aspects of midwifery care with the confidence and passion for supporting and developing our maternity team.

Salary range

This role falls under the terms and conditions of the expired MERAS Midwives Collective Agreement (1 February 2024 30 April 2025) and falls between the step 1 ($115164 p.a) and Step 2 ($122660 p.a prorata) of the Designated Senior Midwifery Salary Scale Grade 3.
