Your role in our team
You play a vital role in developing a Mission Critical System that forms an integral p a art of the Galileo 2nd Generation infrastructure. Galileo stands as Europes very own global satellite system consisting of a constellation of 22 satellites with the capability to offer a highly precise globally accessible positioning service under civilian management. Your contributions are pivotal in safeguarding the security and data protection of this critical navigation mission. The system itself is known for its high this role you will have a significant impact by:
Designing and implementing networks.
Configuring network equipment including firewalls and switches.
Setting up network-related software.
Pioneering solutions for automated configuration processes.
Developing comprehensive documentation including design plans and installation manuals.

How you strengthen our team
You are someone who thrives in an organized energetic environment with a keen eye for detail. a strong capability in networks operating systems and virtualisation methodologies. You also have or are:
A natural curiosity and a strong desire to comprehend how things work.
Proficient in managing VMWare vSphere HA clusters via vCenter.
Either prior experience or a genuine interest in learning about a variety of operating systems including Windows Linux and network appliance operating systems.
An inquisitive nature adept at investigating technical issues and offering effective solutions.
Demonstrated skill in written and spoken English particularly when collaborating within a team.
Eligible by holding a EU passport which is mandatory for an EU Personal Security Clearance at the level of CONFIDENTIAL and is part of the selection procedure.
Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of this crucial project.
