Nalco Water an Ecolab company is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join its industry-leading sales team. You will be responsible for the growth of profits and revenue from programs and services provided to specific accounts. Through a consultative approach you will develop long-lasting relationships with customers based on an advanced understanding of their business priorities and the execution of systems assurance programs. With a dominant position in your territory you will also convert strategic competitors and sell new technologies to existing customers.

Your activities:

  • Generate and execute business plans for the existing customer base and designated competitor accounts to achieve profit increase objectives.
  • Work closely with your prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend innovation and continuous improvement plans that can stabilize and increase sales.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key players at current and prospective customers including plant and facility managers.
  • Provide technical support to customers identify and resolve challenges they encounter and escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in problem solving with systems analyses data interpretations written recommendations to ensure an optimal level of performance of operations at customers.
  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water technology and innovations to specific customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Water.
