As part of the AES Workday Finance - Operate team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Senior Associate you shall analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain rigorous standards. You shall focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.
