A world-class standalone 5-star luxury wellness resort nestled in the serene landscapes of Udaipur is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead its overall operations and guest experience strategy.
Set against the majestic backdrop of Rajasthan our resort is a sanctuary of wellness offering transformative stays that blend mindful living with refined hospitality. We are looking for a visionary leader who can uphold our brand ethos while driving operational excellence across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day resort operations ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
Uphold and elevate guest experience standards in alignment with wellness and luxury positioning
Collaborate with department heads (F&B Housekeeping Spa Front Office) to ensure smooth functioning
Drive operational efficiency cost control and quality assurance across services
Lead recruitment training and development of a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and sustainability protocols
Liaise with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning and reporting
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in managing operations at premium standalone resorts or wellness retreats
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a hands-on approach
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest engagement strategies
Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting forecasting and resource optimization
Passionate about wellness sustainability and creating memorable guest journeys
Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
