Role Overview:
Oracle is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Consultantto join our dynamic Oracle University team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on sharing knowledge and making complex topics accessible and engaging. Youll play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training content across Oracle HCM with a focus on Payroll as part of Oracle Universitys global digital learning ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep passion for teaching mentoring and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on consulting or implementation experience with Oracle HCM Applications specifically Global Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes including:
- Payroll configuration and processing
- Payroll elements balances and costing
- Retroactive and off-cycle payroll management
- Statutory compliance and deductions
- Payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Broader exposure to Time and Labor Absence Management Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern e-learning technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deliver training content for Oracle Universitys Cloud Learning Subscriptions live sessions certifications and other digital learning formats.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll guiding customers partners and internal teams through modern learning paths.
- Record and produce engaging online content that blends instructional design with real-world consulting insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Oracle Cloud education offerings.
- Lead live interactive private training sessions and hands-on labs in a dynamic cloud-based environment.
