Job Description
- At least 3 years experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environment
- Strong General Ledger knowledge is required
- Advanced English (written & oral)
- Advanced MS Excel is required
- Strong analytical and communication and people management skills
- Internationally recognized finance qualification an advantage
- Presentation and communication skills
- Customer orientation (building and maintaining strong relationship with J&J senior management)

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the General Accounting department (general accounting/fixed assets accounting)
- Direct train supervise and evaluate direct reports to enhance their performance development and ownership of work product;
- Supervise monthly and quarterly General Ledger closing process
- Focus on P&L Account Reconciliation
- Support Team Lead improve processes promote standardized approach for each process
- Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA fully observing Compliance Internal Audit & SOX requirements
- Review and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Effectively oversee administrative and HR matters of the team
- Responsibility for new business transitions and General Ledger knowledge transfers
- Efficient and timely closing of financial period assuring high standard
- Sound financial advice support and technical expertise provided to subordinates and client management
