About the Role
We are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist to become member of our team for our office in Prague within BU Health & Medical

What You Will Do
- Processing ofcustomer orders and making sure theyare dispatched invoiced and paid accurately and on time in relevant system according to defined process and standards (order to billing)
- Answering internal and customer enquiries on product availability prices delivery times and theorder status. Making surethattheseenquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
- Communication with staff from other areas in the organization such as production warehouse transport or distribution to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints
- Entering of data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders deliveries or activities and/or generate sales reports and statistics
- Dealing with special and/or more complex enquiries from customers
- Drafting of sales documentation proposals reports and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements if required
- Making calculations and analyses to accurately compile and report statistics and provide recommendations
Who You Are
- Experience with working in SAP
- University degree (or High School) in Economics Logisticsor similar field
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Customer and Consumer driven
- Previous experience within Customer Service is aplus
- Previous experience in ainternational company is aplus
