Job Description

What will you be doing
- 1. Ensure that all the invoices received by the vendors are correct and according to thestandards. Mxico.2. Match invoices with the related payments and follow with AP if there is an invoice correctionor cancellation. Follow up with AP about travel expenses or any other payments made. USA andMxico.3. Registry the daily accounting records of GLD Len and US such as journals accrualspayments leasing incomes and others according to US GAAP Mexican GAAP and InternationalGAAP.4. Ensure that all the expenses are classified correctly by site kind of expense department andaccording to the budget. Review of balance sheet and reconcile bank statements. USA andMxico.5. VAT returns processes collect all the information that needs to be sent and be aware of thefurther information that the authority request. Mxico6. Intercompany transactions invoicing process according to US GAAP Mexican GAAP andInternational GAAP.7. Implementation related to improvement in accounting processes. USA and Mxico8. Tax compliance for physical persons such as monthly taxes and annual income taxes. Mxico.8. Generate financial statements of Mexico US according to accounting principles. USA andMxico.9. Generate detailed consolidated income statement and other requested information. USA andMxico.10. Provide support by collecting data requested for auditors or external consultants of Mexicoand USA.

Requirements
Who you are:
- Basic English level
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Preferably a year of experience with Excel for accounting
- Advanced Excel level
- 1 year of previous experience related to Accounting
