We are looking for Dimsum Sous Chef
As a Dimsum Sous Chef we rely on you to:
- Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions
- To maintainhigh standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Chinese Kitchen & Banquet
- Develop new product & trends
- Ensuring Guest delight & able to mingling with guest
- To ensure consistency in the food quality taste and presentation
- Consistently prepare culinary items according to established recipes and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation presentation and service techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas strict adherence to Food Safe HACCP programs and professional grooming/personal hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance to all hotel policies standards and core practices.
We are looking for someone who :
- Has at least 3years experiencein similar capacity or an International chain Hotel
- Physically fit neat and well-groomed
- Able to communicate in English andBahasa
- Creativity with new products & update in global trends Eye attention to details
- Strong Interpersonal skills & self motivated
- Pleasant personality integrity & positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure & willing to work flexible hours
- Good team work work ethics & integrity
- Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System OHSAS 18001:2007and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
