Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging social media assets (static carousel animated short video edits).
• Create marketing and sales materials such as one-pagers brochures and pitch decks.
• Develop event and campaign graphics including banners invitations and signage.
• Produce presentations and internal documents with polished on-brand visuals.
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
• Apply strong design fundamentals in visual hierarchy typography and color.
• Work closely with teammates to refine and elevate design outputs.
• Embrace feedback and turn it into better outcomes.
• Bring fresh ideas and suggestions to enhance designs and processes.
• Stay organized and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  
  

Main skills and qualifications

• 2 years of professional design experience (agency startup or in-house) with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) Figma and Canva.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals including visual hierarchy typography and color theory.
• Adaptability to work across different types of design projects.
• Coachable and eager to learn with openness to constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools.
