Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships providing exceptional service and contributing to the success of others. As a Personal Lines Producer you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering tailored insurance solutions to valued clients.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 - $60000 annually commissions

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions by quoting and renewing personal lines policies.
- Collaborate with carriers and utilize industry software to manage accounts effectively.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to serving others in all client interactions.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with 0-1 years of experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar insurance software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
