- Accurately scope estimate and write detailed reconstruction projects using Xactimate (Simbility knowledge preferred).
- Engage with insurance adjusters carriers and clients to negotiate and secure approvals.
- Ensure estimates are timely accurate and aligned with both client needs and insurance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and reconstruction teams to ensure a smooth handoff from estimate to project completion.
- Represent the company as a trusted expert in disaster restoration and reconstruction services.
- 3 years of experience in reconstruction estimating within the disaster restoration industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Xactimate; Simbility knowledge a strong plus.
- Proven success in scoping estimating and negotiating with insurance companies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A self-starter with a competitive drive and high attention to detail.
