Job Summary

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey As a Peer Recovery Coach youll play a vital role in supporting patients families and healthcare providers by assessing needs facilitating treatment and coordinating ongoing care for those with Substance Use Disorders. This is more than a jobits an opportunity to use your lived experience and professional expertise to empower others inspire hope and promote long-term recovery.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma required

Experience Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills

  • Clear and compassionate communicationwritten verbal and electronic

  • Ability to thrive in a high-stress fast-paced environment

  • Solid math reading adaptability and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with typing and word processing

Salary Range: Minimum 17.76/hour - Maximum 26.64/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
