Overview

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service to valued clients managing insurance accounts and delivering personalized solutions for their needs. If you are passionate about client relations knowledgeable in Personal Lines insurance and experienced with AMS360 we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Personal Lines clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain insurance policies ensuring accuracy and timeliness in renewals endorsements and claims.
- Utilize AMS360 to update track and document all client and policy details efficiently.
- Analyze clients coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to align with their requirements.
- Proactively communicate with clients to explain policy features address questions and resolve concerns.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and provide optimal solutions for clients.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations internal standards and company procedures.
- Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities in collaboration with account executives.
- Continuously engage in professional development to stay updated on industry trends product offerings and tools.

Qualifications

- Insurance License:or 20-44
- Proficiency with AMS360 preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of standard Personal Lines insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
