Job Description:
- Taking care of and solving the residents problems in an orderly manner.
- Gathering various comments from co-owners and residents for the Executive Committee to consider in the monthly meeting.
- Inspecting and maintaining the property in normal condition and ensuring it is ready to use at any time. Supervising the daily operations of the condominium management.
- Checking the maintenance of various systems the performance guarantees of multiple systems the duration of various employment contracts and the records of various information in the condominium.
- Controlling and checking the performance of the contracted company to ensure compliance with the contract terms and plan.
- Preparing various employment contracts and agendas and organizing meetings. Following up to ensure the results of meeting resolutions.
- Controlling the buildings expenses following the budget.
- Setting up plans and organizing activities according to the law including those for various festivals such as fire drills etc.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Attending meetings and recording minutes of the meetings in the organization.
- Taking care of subordinates and managing various important documents of the condominium.
Qualifications:
- 28 years old or above.
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- More than 3 years of experience in building (Property Management).
- Good personality and service-oriented.
- Strong team leadership and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of the Juristic Person Acts is an advantage.
