Job Summary
As a Senior Automation Python QA(16149) you will be deeply involved in every phase of the product development cycle defining implementing and executing tests manual and automated report status testing progress and measuring performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Author and automate test plans test specification for the product features.
- Design and develop scripts to automate feature regressions and critical workflows.
- Drive tests and debug processes of multiple complex components of software technologiessystems and applications.
- Work with various developers product designers and customer support engineers within thecompany to deliver defect fixes and enhancements that follow the overall product direction.
- Troubleshoot analyze and isolate defects and report them to a bug tracking database (suchas JIRA).
- Test automation of web applications; experience with multiple automation test frameworks
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- 5 years of software quality testing with automation experience
- 3 years of experience in programming languages such as Python
- Experience testing RESTful services
- Experience in UI/End-End Automation
- Experience Working on high quality software in an enterprise SaaS company on apublic cloud (any of AWS/Azure/GCP) preferably in an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk/New Relic/Datadog) in SaaS environments Kubernetes Docker Containers etc and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines preferably in SaaS environments.
