Job Summary

As our SeniorFullStack Engineer youll own critical slices of the platformfrom pixelperfect React interfaces to highthroughput Python services. Beyond shipping code youll set engineering standards guide architectural decisions and mentor a growing team of talented builders. This is an onsite position in our Condesa (CDMX) officeno remote option.

Responsibilities

Architect & ship features endtoend design elegant flows wire them to FastAPI endpoints and push to production before the sprint closes.
Scale generative AI workloads craft Supabase Edge Functions that orchestrate LLM calls vector stores and guardrails at millisecond latency.
Run everywhere with GCP containerize services for Cloud Run automate rollouts with Cloud Build and wire eventdriven pipelines through Cloud Functions & Airflow.
Elevate product quality enforce designsystem consistency accessibility and pixelperfect polish with shadcn/ui & Tailwind.
Harden the pipeline own tests static analysis and zerodowntime bluegreen deploys across Vercel Supabase and Google Cloud Platform.
Instrument everything stream logs and metrics to BigQuery/Looker and drive a datafirst culture.
Lead & mentor conduct thoughtful code reviews pairprogram with midlevel engineers and share knowledge in weekly engineering talks.
Influence roadmap partner with Product and Design to scope MVPs challenge assumptions and prioritize highimpact bets

Requirements

5years building productiongrade web apps with React TypeScript and Python (FastAPI a plus).
Proven experience designing REST & realtime APIs relational schemas and migrations on Postgres.
Production deployments on Google Cloud PlatformCloud Run Cloud Functions or Kubernetes on GKE.
Fluency with modern CI/CD testing and observability practiceslint unit/integration tests GitHub Actions and log/metrics dashboards.
A track record of mentoring engineers and raising the quality bar across projects.
Curiosity for LLMs and agent architectures; youve at least toyed with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
Nicetohaves: shadcn/ui Tailwind Supabase Edge Functions LangChain/LangGraph or nocode workflow builders.
