Part & Service Manager Construction Equipment

A leading provider in the engineering sector specializing in innovative solutions for the construction and industrial markets. With nearly 30 years of experience they pride themselves on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service. Currently they are looking for a Part & Service Manager to lead a technical team for maintenance construction machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage repair and maintenance activities for construction machinery with a focus on hydraulic and engine systems.
  • Supervise and lead a technical team ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate field service operations and in-house repairs to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of parts to support maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • 7 years experiences in managing the repair and maintenance of construction machinery especially hydraulic and engine systems.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge related to machinery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
