Part & Service Manager Construction Equipment

Currently they are looking for a Part & Service Manager to lead a technical team for maintenance construction machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage repair and maintenance activities for construction machinery with a focus on hydraulic and engine systems.
- Supervise and lead a technical team ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate field service operations and in-house repairs to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of parts to support maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- 7 years experiences in managing the repair and maintenance of construction machinery especially hydraulic and engine systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge related to machinery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
