Job Description

Responsibilities
- Strategic planning development and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binances overall business strategy
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition activation and retention.
- Familiar with growth facing featurs (TGE airdrops and campaign )
- Monitor analyze and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applications
- Define track and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience
- Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features
Requirements
- Require candidate to have experience for growth product or deep understanding of web3 airdrop ecosystem know majority of users need
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain fintech or tech industry
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology Web3 Wallet design and digital asset market trends
- Strong problem-solving negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced complex and ambiguous environment
