Who We Are

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedBI Data Architect IVto join our Financial Data & Analytics team. This role is critical in shaping the enterprise data architecture ensuring data consistency and enabling high-impact reporting and analytics across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise business acumen and communication skills to support cross-functional initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.

What Youll Do

• Lead the development ofsemantic data modelsdata definitions andmetric standardsto support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
• Partner with business and technical teams toanalyze complex business scenariosand translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders bytranslating technical conceptsinto clear actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Deliverexecutive-level presentationsand documentation to communicate data architecture strategies and outcomes.
• Design and maintaindata modelsdata mappings andmetadata documentationto ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is sourced fromsystems of recordand aligned with business needs.
• Support themigration and integrationof data across platforms ensuring data quality and governance standards are upheld.
• Contribute to the development ofbusiness data definitionsand support the standardization of key financial and operational terms (e.g. RH Affiliate vs. Company).
• Provide guidance ondata governance best practices including data privacy security and compliance.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in data Information Systems Finance or a related field.
• 10 yearsof experience working with large complex data platforms (e.g. Oracle SQL Server DB2).
• Proven experience indata modelingETL pipeline design andsemantic layer development.
• Strong understanding ofaccounting and finance concepts including intercompany transactions.
• Demonstrated ability tocommunicate technical ideaseffectively to business stakeholders and executives.
• Experience withBI toolssuch as Domo Cognos OBIEE or MicroStrategy.
• Proficiency inSQLand working with both traditional and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strongbusiness writingand documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity withERP CRM HCM Procure-to-Pay Incentive Compensation andfinancial systems.
• Experience with Knowledge Base tools like Collibra Document360 Confluence etc.
• Understanding ofproject management methodologiesandinternational business concepts including currency exchange.
• Certifications in Analytics Data Science or related fields are a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus but not required.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
