We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to oversee data migration and quality processes for a transformative global technology initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in ERP systems data governance and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data readiness and support the successful deployment of a new ERP system driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing strategies for efficient data migration and quality assurance.
- Leading efforts to identify and address data inconsistencies and defects.
- Coordinating activities related to mock data loads ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of data quality standards and related documentation.
- Supporting training initiatives to improve understanding of new data models and processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all data-related project milestones.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in ERP or large-scale system implementations.
- Proficient in managing master data objects and utilizing data quality tools.
- Strong understanding of data transformation governance and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve complex data processes.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams in diverse international settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and Thai.
- Proven experience in driving process improvements and delivering results.
