We offer
As an Implementation Project Manager you will coordinate new customer implementations of medium to high complexity spanning extensive geographical scopes large business scales and multiple products. You will bridge the gap between sales and operations to ensure a smooth transition of new or expanded business into the Maersk organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to senior customer stakeholders you will support them through their transformation journey with a strong focus on change management. Additionally you will collaborate closely with customer service and program management teams to ensure a seamless handover of implemented solutions and the long-term sustainability of business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Implementation Project Manager to coordinate complex cross-functional projects that deliver exceptional customer this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation processes across geographies and functionsincluding Customer Experience IT HR and Finance. You will serve as the central point of contact for our customers during their onboarding journey ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success.
This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering value to customers.
