Bank Mendes Gans is looking for a KYC Delivery Manager to be responsible for KYC activities
The opportunity
The KYC Delivery Manager is a person identified to have the knowledge skills and experience in operational management. The primary objective/goal of the Delivery Manager is to oversee and ensure a consistent high service performance delivery of the KYC services to the stakeholders through capacity planning and monitoring data analytics process refinement and evaluation of customer feedback to address issues/improve quality of processes.

Roles and responsibilities
As KYC Delivery Manager you
are responsible for the performance and results of the BMG KYC department which executes multiple operational processes
ensure compliances with the rules and procedures that are prescribed in ING policies and working instructions.
are responsible for process and change management and business priorities are a team player who is able to work in a dynamic and changing operational landscape with different stakeholders within BMG and ING.
make decisions guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
Capable to act as POC when the BMG KYC Lead is absent.

Furthermore you have
Minimum a Bachelor degree;
Fluency in Dutch and English both spoken and written
A minimum 3 - 5 year work experience in a customer services environment and operational management experience
Strong administrative skills
Organized and structured
Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities
Possesses drive with a positive can do attitude (important to show different behavior styles / approaches to achieve the goals)
Has a competent proficiency level of the processes and products and understands the complex process environment to ensure maximum efficiency.
Understands the mission and vision of BMG and how the department contributes to that.
Strong awareness in compliance of regulations internal guideline and standards
