Job Summary: The Senior Associate SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Earlier known as SAP Commissions) Techno-Functional Consultant will play a critical role in designing implementing and supporting SAP Incentive and commissions Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ICM possess the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects and drive effective solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design implementation and ongoing support of SAP ICM solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Configure and customize SAP ICM modules including commission structures business rules and compensation plans.
Possess in-depth knowledge of multiple commission plans pipeline execution and calculation components.
Hands-on of Web IDE SQL and Stored-procedure.
Develop and maintain custom enhancements reports and interfaces using SAP technologies.
Identify gaps in the current systems and propose effective solutions.
Provide expertise in reporting and analytics related to compensation management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ICM configuration performance and integration.
Conduct system testing user training and support go-live activities.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for the SAP ICM system.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance sales and IT to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the systems capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ICM implementation and support.
Strong understanding of SAP Incentive Compensation Management processes and best practices.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP ICM modules and developing custom enhancements.
Leverage Thunderbridge Analytics and AI to enhance decision-making and optimize compensation strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with SAP ABAP SAP BW or SAP HANA is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skill sets:
SAP certification in Incentive Compensation Management or related areas.
Experience in the implementation of SAP ICM.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD SAP FI/CO.
