Your key responsibilities

As an SAP PaPM Senior Manager you will:

• Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our clients industry and business requirements
• Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EYs Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
• Customise SAP PaPM (Performance and Profitability Management) meet the specific needs of clients including Allocation models PaPM functions Characteristics & Key Figures Master data and Reporting
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP PaPM considering best practices and industry standards
• Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP PaPM architecture ensuring scalability reliability and flexibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope timelines and resource requirements
• Produce key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation functional specs data migration specs test scripts training materials etc.
• Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other team disciplines as well as developing other members of the SAP team
• Support the development of the SAP practice including leading internal team activities and facilitating client events
• Understanding all of our service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve clients

To qualify for the role you should have:

• A third level qualification in Computer Science Mathematics or a related discipline or relevant experience related to the position
• 7 years experience delivering in SAP PaPM with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts cost accounting and profitability analysis.
• A minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations in PaPM
• Experience with or demonstrable understanding of S/4HANA best practice processes key benefits and implementation scenarios
• Strong ability to lead mentor and motivate teams adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
• Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally Youll Also Have:

• Relevant SAP certification in SAP PaPM
• Exposure to reporting solutions such as SAP Business Warehouse SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere
• Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP PaPM solutions
