Job Description
JOB TITLE:Trade Lifecycle Analyst - FX back-office team

You will be part of a dynamic detail-oriented and collaborative team where:
- Youll applyanalytical thinkingto support daily operations and contribute to process optimization.
- Youll manage and interpretlarge data sets requiring precision accountability and curiosity.
- Youll work closely with stakeholders across regions gaining exposure to FX operational processes international trade documentation and compliance standards.
And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
- Provide operational support forForeign Exchangetransactions with a focus on documentation control data validation and adherence to internal procedures.
- Review and interpretinternational trade documentsto support transaction processing.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions or client-related queries taking fullownership from identification through resolution.
- Conduct data analysis and produce operational insights usingExcelandAlteryx.
- Maintain accurate tracking of metrics controls and follow-ups through structured reports and dashboards.
- Execute process-driven tasks withconsistency and attention to detail while maintaining aproactive mindsetto detect issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across locations contributing to ateam-oriented culture.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adapt to arotating schedulebased on business needs and regional time zones.
- Escalate issues in a timely and transparent manner ensuring visibility and mitigation of risks.
What do we ask for this position:
- Currently pursuing a degree inEconomics Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skillsare required; experience withAlteryxis a strong plus.
- Analytical mindsetand demonstrated ability to work with and interpret operational data.
- Understanding offoreign trade documentationis highly valued.
- Excellentcommunication skillsinEnglish and if you have Portugueseis a big pluslanguage proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process.
- Strongsense of ownershipattention to detail andreliabilityin completing daily tasks.
- Team-oriented adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shiftsand adjust to changing business needs.
