Job Summary
Gundersen St. Josephs Hospital and Clinics in Hillsboro WI is seeking a full time Family Therapist to join our team! This position works within our family medicine department and sees outpatients ages 12 and up. This position works closely with our family medicine clinicians including three physicians six NP/PAs one psych NP and three behavioral health therapists. Acceptable licensure includes: LPC LMFT or LCSW.
Practice Highlights:
- Continuum of care includes Adolescent and Adult services
- Based within our Family Medicine clinic. Collaborative practice with 2 Physicians 4 NP/PAs and 4 BH Therapists.
- Epic EMR
- Teaching and research are supported
- No weekend or evening clinic hours
