Independent Licensure Required: LMHC or LICSW

Are you a licensed clinician with strong leadership skills and a passion for co-occurring care Join Riverside Community Care as a Clinical Program Manager within our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Milford!

This is a dynamic leadership role at the forefront of Massachusetts CBHC initiative providing rapid access and comprehensive behavioral health services for adults youth and families. Youll guide a skilled team of clinicians supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use needshelping transform how care is delivered in the community.

What Youll Do

As the manager for the Co-Occurring CBHC Component team you will:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team providing integrated co-occurring treatment
  • Supervise and coach licensed and license-eligible clinical staff
  • Ensure high-quality care timely access and documentation compliance
  • Collaborate across internal programs and community partners
  • Foster a trauma-informed person-centered and equitable team culture

What Youll Bring

  • Independent clinical license (LICSW LMHC or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Strong communication organization and team-building skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care harm reduction equity and continuous improvement

Schedule:Full-time flexible day shift with some evening/weekend on-call coverage as needed

Pay Rate:$79567.48 to $84872.11/salaried depending on experience!
