Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)
A Hospice Clinical Manager is needed in Columbus OH. Columbus is a dynamic city known for The Ohio State University a thriving tech scene and diverse attractions like the Short North Arts District Columbus Zoo and COSI. Sports fans enjoy the Blue Jackets Crew and Buckeyes while foodies savor diverse dining options throughout the city.
Salary and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $100000 - $110000

Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Manage daily operations of the hospice clinic and ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with ACHC standards and regulations
- Lead and support staff fostering teamwork and growth
- Develop and monitor policies procedures and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Oversee census of 60 patients using KanTime EMR
- Supervise a team of 4 case managers and 2 on-call nurses
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience (required)
- Previous hospice or healthcare management experience preferred
- Knowledge of ACHC standards and healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
