As a learning and development Data Analyst at PwC you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Examples of the skills knowledge and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to manage analyze and report on training data. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI basics to track training metrics and performance. Monitor and ensure compliance with global learning and education requirements. Implement processes and controls to align training activities with Network Standards and regulations.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members trainers and other stakeholders. Prepare clear and concise documentation and presentations.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines resources and deliverables effectively.
  • Provide hands-on support during training sessions including setup coordination and troubleshooting. Assist trainers and participants as needed to ensure smooth and effective training experiences.

Minimum years experience required

  • At least fresh or 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably within a learning and development

Minimum education required

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas
