Job Summary
As a Senior ML/Data Engineer (16589) you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects mentoring junior engineers and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and maintain data pipelines Build scalable and efficient pipelines for collecting processing and storing large datasets.
- Support machine learning workflows Prepare clean and transform data to feed ML models and ensure data quality.
- Optimize and monitor data systems Ensure performance reliability and scalability of data infrastructure and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- 5 years of experience.
- Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis machine learning and scripting (e.g. Pandas NumPy scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch).
- SQL Expertise: Strong ability to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction transformation and analysis in relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL Snowflake or similar).
- Machine Learning: Extensive experience in building evaluating and deploying machine learning models including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Time Series Analysis: Deep expertise in time series forecasting methods (e.g. ARIMA SARIMA ETS Prophet RNNs/LSTMs) and handling temporal data challenges like seasonality and trend analysis.
