Job Description
Dream job for an experienced maintenance person looking to take advantage of flexible hours and a varied workload.
This opportunity is a key role in keeping our hotel running smoothly and assisting us to provide the best service and experience to our guests.

Our top candidate will be
Skilled or experienced in general property maintenance (1-2years of experience Hotel preferred).
Self motivated
Organised
Experienced in all aspects of facilities or property management
Understanding and knowledge of health and safety at work act
Some Computer/ tech knowledge an advantage
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
Excellent communication skills
Risk averse
Positive can do attitude!
General day to day duties include:
Developing and maintaining a thorough maintenance schedule for all aspects of the business.
General Handy as duties ie. painting varnishing touch ups fixtures fittings.
Grounds work and general maintenance
Engaging and building a rapport with local contractors
supervising a small team
Attending weekly operations meetings to report on updates and feedback on any relevant information.
Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies across the hotel
Committed to working alongside our shared sustainability goals and helping to implement them across the business
We are recruiting for 1 position in a full time role (40 Hours). Maximum hours 45 per week.
We are looking for an immediate start where possible.
