Your opportunity
In your role as a change expert for ING you execute high-priority Global Retail and ING Group-level assignments that align with INGs strategic goals and regulatory commitments. You:
Orchestrate and drive complex cross-border change initiatives with energy structure and clarity across tribes functions business lines and countries.
Identify engage and align key stakeholders from across the organization bringing the right people together to drive program success.
Ensuring the most efficient way of working by using executive communication and stakeholder management.
Deliver on commitments (strategic milestones) according to plan: on time on quality and on budget
Work in a dynamic international environment where your contributions have a tangible impact in the business.
Collaborate with a dynamic global community of change experts to share best practices and enhance your capabilities and skills.
This all ensures that complex change initiatives in Global Retail and ING Group domain are executed smoothly in a structured manner.
Your team
Global Change Execution (GCE) is part of the COO Tech & Transformation organization. You will be a member of one of the expert teams who report into the Head of Global Change & Transformation (C&T) Capabilities. Besides you will be part of the GCE Change Expert Team Global Retail based in Amsterdam. This team executes business and regulatory changes across retail domain. A few examples of Change initiatives in this team are: ESG Risk Terra TOM Dream Payments.
Your success factors
An all-round change professional with a track record in leading complex programs and change initiatives
At least 5-8 years of experience in (agile) program management in an international context preferably in the financial industry
Masters degree and relevant certifications (e.g. MSP Agile PgM)
Ability to deliver the strategic objectives and regulatory commitments
Strong change management skills: planning & alignment stakeholder management up to board level effective communication and presentation skills
High resilience and the ability to deal with significant ambiguity in a complex and changing environment
Proactive attitude positive mindset and organizational sensitivity
Excellent level of English (writing and speaking)
Understanding of Electronic Digital Identity regulation requirements is a plus
