GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. GE HealthCare in Eindhoven produces and distributes radiopharmaceutical products for hospitals worldwide. As part of the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business of GE HealthCare we support the PDx vision of being the best-in-class supply chain delivering the right dose to the right patient at the right time.
Lead and coach a team of 4-5 process engineers and serve as a member of the site leadership team at the Eindhoven manufacturing site;
Manage and oversee projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) focusing on compliance reliability capacity and productivity;
Provide leadership in in complex problem-solving using structured methods (e.g. Six Sigma);
Identify and drive technology improvements and standardization across sites for the global SPECT portfolio;
Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize manufacturing safety quality efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
Build trust and foster positive relationships with cross-functional and global teams to create a supportive and collaborative work environment;
Drive the delivery of projects by serving as a member of the steering committees.
Basic Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering Pharmacy Chemistry Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years management experience;
Proven track record in project delivery;
Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes technologies LEAN / Six Sigma regulatory affairs and GMP;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch and English) with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
