Are you an experienced leader in the payroll and remuneration space who can easily apply their knowledge and skillset to new systems We are seeking an experienced Remuneration Manager to lead the Payroll team in our People & Culture unit. If you thrive in a fast-paced hands-on environment and enjoy a varied mix of overseeing end-to-end payroll remuneration processes and project work this role is for you!
About the Role:
As the Remuneration Manager reporting to the Workplace Relations & Systems Manager you will play a key role in leading and managing the Payroll team while championing a customer-focused approach. You will also ensure remuneration processes such as annual review increases job evaluation and above-Award arrangements are managed effectively.
