Here is more detailed information about the Sales and Business Development Manager role which I am sourcing for my client a rapidly growing AI innovator with a state-of-the-art product and bold ambitions to dominate the global conversational intelligence space. They have already achieved commercial success across multiple industries and locations but are now aiming to add passionate and driven colleague to the sales team to get help propel them to the next level in their mission.
The job:
Be responsible for day-to-day sales activities of AI conversational intelligence solutions and products
Seek and liaise with potential leads maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and develop strong ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Develop a deep understanding of our products and capabilities skillfully demonstrate them to prospective customers and cooperate with developers to explore new areas and help build suitable products
Work side-by-side with the team help optimize sales efforts close deals and report to the Executive Director
Needed:
Experience: sales success in account management and/or business development
Skills/knowledge: opportunity identification customer acquisition strong verbal & written communication and consultative-sales negotiation and customer-relationship-management skills
Personality: innately motivated closer driven to improving existing technology solutions & processes logical thinker flexible independent responsible team player loves to learn and has the energy & vigor to build a new large European tech company from humble beginnings
English (B1 all additional languages are an advantage
Nice to have experience: AI/IT/TELCO/tech sales international sales lead generation Hubspot CRM software and sales analytics
