KBR is seeking a Space Domain Awareness (SDA) expert to support the Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs - Space Weapons Directorate. The position will provide direct support the areas of surveillance of the Space Domain to inform decisions about space and activities/operations in space as well as surveillance from the Space Domain to inform decisions about terrestrial joint/combined activities/operations. This role is onsite at the Pentagon Arlington VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Space Export Baseline and Toplines
• Advise and coordinate on DAF policies and guidance involving disclosure of military Space equipment services technologies or capabilities to foreign allies or partners to include space-related requests for exceptions to National Disclosure Policy SAP portfolio management and information presented at visits by foreign representatives and involvement/observation by foreign partners at space exercises and wargames.
• Support Key Leader Space Industry Engagements Space Industry exportability inquiries and other tasks IAW Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).

Qualifications:

Required:

• 10 years of experience at Air Force Major Command staff level Combatant Command Staff Joint Staff Office of Secretary of Defense Staff or similar level DoD Staff
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in USAF or USSF hands on Space Domain Awareness activities.
• Masters Degree or higher related to technology management military arts and sciences or national security.
• Current TS (SCI & SAP eligibility required)
• Ability to support client onsite (Pentagon)

Desired:

• Expert knowledge on objectives and capabilities of SDA to include threat detection characterization of intent and operational readiness.
• Expert knowledge of the various USAF and USSF enhancement activities in support of SDA to include Ground-Based Radars Partnerships with industry and international cooperation.
• TS/SCI clearance is desired.

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site Pentagon
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: Standard
