We are looking for aDemi Chef - Bakery (Overnight) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Demi Chef - Bakery (Overnight) we rely on you to:
- Prepare food production in Pastry Kitchen according to the Chefs specification requirements and recipes
- Be responsible for display of food items and show pieces
- Conduct food checks review event orders and handle food preparation
- Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of Pastry production of Vocational Training Council
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in related professions with 1-2 years of experience in supervisory position
- Strong understanding of the operation of relevant section including daily operation cost control procurement system HACCP and work safety
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willingness to work on overnight shift
