Supervise train and manage campus food service operation PK-3- grade 12.
Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to TDA age group regulations.
Meet time constraints set by menu requirements established by Child Nutrition Department.
Meet all health codes including sanitation food safety and regulations (state city and department).
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High School diploma or GED
Food Manager certification
Maintain yearly continuing education requirements of 10 CEUs
Experience:
Three years experience in institutional food service operations (minimum)
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of methods materials equipment and appliances used in food preparation.
Ability to manage personnel.
Effective planning and organizational skills.
Effective logistics scheduling.
Completion of a sanitation course before or during the first year of employment.
