Position Overview

TheCLS Account Manageris responsible for managing client relationships by monitoring daily operations activities and contract specifications to exceed client expectations. This role involves developing referral networks building relationships conducting site walk-throughs creating proposals and pursuing the collection of accounts receivable.

Compensation Information $55000.00 - $60000.00 based on experience and also offers potential bonus

Job Duties

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily operations and assigned book of business to ensure client expectations and contract specifications are met.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve new contracts contract enhancements and renewal sales goals.
Build and maintain a network of referral business through relationships with subcontractors vendors allied trades and other associates.
Monitor actual performance versus budget develop strategies to address deviations and review them with the management team.
Ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service and by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
Identify estimate and propose problem-solving and site enhancement opportunities for clients.
Conduct property walk-throughs with team supervisors to suggest efficiency and quality improvements.
Assist in the recruitment training and development of employees while promoting innovation professionalism and teamwork.
Assign teams and equipment for maximum productivity and monitor equipment maintenance schedules.
Pursue professional development in the horticultural industry and stay current on industry events and trends.

Additional responsibilities:

• Routing Schedule jobs as close as possible to mitigate travel time. Work with theBranch Manager to adjust theschedule based on customer needs and seasonal demands.
• Assign Crew Leaders and crew members prudently to encourage the highest levels of production and training. Be aware of individual skill sets and opportunities to train less experienced employees.
• Allocate all equipment needed to complete the job to each crew (ex. trucks trailers mowers skid steer etc.)
• Maintain maintenance logs on all trucks trailers mowers skid steers large equipment and 2-cycle machines.
• Maintain equipment as needed to ensure proper performance.
• Work with theBranch Manager on the execution of all large repairs.
• Visit all crews on job sites to ensure crews are working efficiently.
• Use Property Inspection Form as a meter for overall crew quality on the site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of related industry experience and/or training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
Drivers license.
Ability to acquire applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements.
Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire.
Ability to operate power equipment.
