Job Description
Position: Service Valet Coordinator
Position Type: Full time
Hours: 7:30 AM- 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
Reporting Manager(s):Walter Modeen
Summary: The Service Valet Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of valet services for the dealerships service sales and parts departments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to meeting and exceeding BMW Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the timely pickup and delivery of clients vehicles managing a team of about 16 valet drivers.
- Supervise valet drivers during their downtime assigning additional tasks as necessary to support dealership operations.
- Ensure all valet drivers understand and fulfill their responsibilities consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle check-ins and check-outs on a daily weekly and monthly basis for reporting purposes.
- Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional valet services.
- Collaborate closely with the service and sales departments to prioritize client needs.
- Ensure all shuttle vehicles meet safety standards and are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with dispatch office for necessary vehicle maintenance ensuring uninterrupted valet services.
