Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development modification and monitoring of individual client programming.
- Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
- Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients.
- Assist in developing assessment-based case plans.
- Monitor client compliance with program rules and expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Social Work Criminal Justice Psychology Human Services or related field preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients.
- Professionalism reliability and a willingness to learn.
