Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas

Job Summary:
As a MOKA Barista youll be at the heart of the actioncrafting delicious beverages engaging with customers and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks brewed coffee teas and specialty beverages
Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming friendly experience for every guest
Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently including espresso machines and grinders
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked workspace
Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
Team Rockstar
Collaborate communicate and support your teammates. Together youll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!
Qualifications:
Positive outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous food or beverage experience is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
Must be available to work a minimum of
20 hours/week
(including weekends) with the potential for up to
35 hours/week
