RLM Underground was established in 2016 and specializes in underground telecom construction projects throughout the Midwest. RLM has rapidly grown at staggering rates leading to the expansion of its construction and operating capabilities into a full-turnkey telecommunications contractor. Over the years RLM has expanded its operating region opening offices in Central Kentucky and Central Illinois while focusing on smaller Telco providers throughout those regions.
Position Summary:
RLM Underground seeks a motivated and experienced Construction Manager for the Kalama WA area. The CM will be responsible for construction sites and employee and crew safety. The CM must be experienced in underground and or aerial telecommunications construction and management. The goal is to ensure that all customer needs are being met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees construction sites to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
- Responsible for customer and homeowner relations.
- Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns.
- Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved documents and procedures.
- Ensures that the project is completed in a timely efficient and safe manner.
- Lead and direct ground crews daily.
- Develops redlines and daily reports.
- Responsible for procurement at job sites including straw seed cutters shovels batteries tarps paint etc.
- Monitors schedule updates.
- Maintains the cleanliness of job sites company equipment and vehicles.
- Daily inspections of company vehicles equipment and job sites.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $70 - $95K annually based on experience plus weekly production bonuses
Qualifications:
This position requires you to be at the project site when crews are drilling
Knowledge of Telecom construction technology.
At least 5 years of Telecommunications experience is required.
Risk assessment/management.
Administrative policies and procedures.
Leadership Skills.
Effective communication skills.
